Emma Watson Diva moment with publicist (YOUTUBE)

This was my very first post on this blog I made an error by posting, "Emma Watson Diva moment with Publicist" instead of DIVA (That's another diva post I did). Sorry to those first eight that comments on that post.

There had been rumors that Emma over the last few years had turned into this big time Diva but since she is really good at playing this sweet and kind person in interviews no one would ever believe that. Besides we are told by celebrities and their publicists not to believe everything on the internet. That is true but you never hear them endorse the internet. You think maybe the internet sometimes it gets it right?
Below you will see Emma coming out of the Deathly Hallows premiere on the arm with big time movie producer David Heyman. You will then see her publicists come tap her on the shoulder to tell her she has to walk down with Rupert who is standing to their right. I guess that has something to do with on screen Ron and Hermione promo. Emma goes into this diva attitude as she starts to make her way over to Rupert. She quickly composes herself and then plays it off by rubbing Rupert’s shoulder. Before she makes her way down the steps she turns around and gets even more animated in her Diva attitude to whoever is standing off camera.

What in the world would make Emma act in such a childish way other than the fact she'll get her photo taken with a big time producer? The last time I checked the Harry Potter franchise has always been an ensemble cast of Daniel, Emma and Rupert. Really there is no excuse here. I wonder how much this has happened at other premieres that was not caught or even noticed? I don't think this is an isolated incident. What we see is the ever so perfect image uncloaked for a brief moment.

From exposay.com 2007 "Harry Potter star Emma Watson has reportedly become a diva. The 16-year-old - who plays Hermione Granger in the hit films - has started complaining about her work and arguing with the film bosses.  Emma is said to have confronted the director of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', David Yates, and asked him whether she was contractually obliged to do so many takes.  Yates - who prefers to do around 30 takes to get everything just right - politely told her "yes". From perezhilton.com 2009 "The cast and crew are already working on the final two installments of the franchise, and Watson has just been getting worse with time. "Emma is even more moody than usual," says a source. "She's always complaining, showing up late and has upset both cast and crew members with her rudeness. She's really become a big diva. Everyone's sick of it." From celebitchy.com 2009 "Of all the “Harry Potter” stars, Emma Watson always has been the most “testy,” according to a production staffer who has worked on most of the films based on J.K. Rowling’s super-popular novels about the famous boy wizard. But word coming from Wales — where “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1″ is being shot (back-to-back with “Part 2″) — has the young actress being “more of a pain than usual.” Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and the rest of the cast “are a dream to work with,” said the source Wednesday, “But Emma is even more moody than usual. She’s always complaining, showing up late and has upset both cast and crew members with her rudeness. She’s really become a big diva. Everyone’s sick of it.”

From journalgazette.net/article July 19th, 2011, "Because you bossed Daniel and Rupert around in the movies, did you ever do it accidentally in real life? "Oh, all the time, all the time! Definitely. They'll tell you that I definitely bossed them around at times. Sometimes, I accidentally found myself directing, giving them direction on a scene that we're doing together. I'd have to catch myself, because I'm like, that really isn't my job. I really shouldn't be telling them that."

Don't worry she was able to catch up with producer David Heyman at thw Baftas. Whew!

Look at how giddy she is here. it's like she's on this drug producung a high. It's not just here. All   night she was posing like this and being weird for her standards. I don't know if this was before or after the youtube clip I posted above but this just shows you how much of an act she is. It was lucky find by my part but I have to thank the person who video taped it. Oh and try to look past the "cute" factor of which I know some of you will say to put her emotion in context with above youtube clip. I know she's enjoying herself. That's not the issue I am making. She can turn on the sweet girl routine like a flip of a switch.

Update June 2011 From dailyrecord.co.uk June 16th, 2011 "Manners are important. The way I was brought up, my dad is very strict and very focused on that, so if I see anyone be rude to anyone else, it's an immediate turnoff. I can't bear it. "I think being polite is quite key for me. Being kind and being aware of people around you is definitely a big one." That makes two of us because this diva attitude is such a turnoff. From Uk harper Bazzar, She said: 'My acting tutor said the hardest thing for me was to get angry. I almost broke down in tears when they tried to get me to be angry. I said, "I can’t do it, I just can’t do it." 'I keep all of that really bottled up somewhere and I feel unleashing it would be the scariest thing – and to let myself be powerful, sexy, all those things, it’s scary for me. [Even playing the bad girl in this shoot] felt a bit uncomfortable and awkward, it didn’t come naturally at all."
