Off topic : Games shop is selling stock on ebay? o_O

Was on ebay looking for the Chintendo Vii after watching Ashens' review to see how much it costs, but found something else pretty...odd. Someone is selling the whole stock inside the games shop. Is business REALLY that bad?

I am selling the entire stock and accessories of my games & dvd shop which I am closing down due to other business commitments.

I am not selling the business but you are welcome to move in and take over should you wish to, at no extra cost. The business is located in Eccles, Manchester in an indoor market, which is open 6 days a week. Even if you are not the auction winner you will be able to move into the shop if the actual winner takes the stock elsewhere, the business has been here for over 10 years and has regular customers that you will retain if the shop is kept open.

Rates for the double shuttered stall is £250 per month with no gas or electricity rates. You also get 2 months reduced rent of £180 in Jan and Feb.
