Welcoming a new blogger to the team is always a pretty exciting but this one is particularly special. We've known Hayley for a looooong while, she was one of Ruby's original 'kids' from back in the day and is still working with us now. She's fiesty, funny and ferociously intelligent, she also always has the most amazing stories to tell us. We love her and we know you will too.

1. The main thing brands don't seem to get about being my age is we are up for a bit of cheeky humour, we don't get offended like that!
2. The thing I've been meaning to do for ages but not got round to damn well doing is finishing my book keeping course GRRRRR.
3. If I could change anything about my cell phone I would change the colours! To white and gold.

4. The thing that frustrates me more than anything in my world is impolite people!!
5. One time that I never want to be interrupted and definitely not by a corporate brand is when I'm at work!
6. I'll know I've made it when I can buy every bag that I want ;-)

7. My biggest concern at this time in my life is where I'll be living in 2 years...
8. If I was a big brand and could use my power to make a difference I would focus on raising awareness to worldwide issues like United Colours of Benneton do, as opposed to promoting my products.
9. When it comes to looking after myself, I am slowly but surely getting there... It is top of my list I suppose.. Physically (that's presentation not fitness!), mentally, financially...
10. When I think about the future, it makes me feel mostly anxious.. I think I think a bit too big... Never the less I have hope and faith.
