Yesterday on December 27th, Golden Bomber have held their tour finale of their Japan wide tour "Zenryoku Baka (lit.:"100% Idiot")", which had been SOLD OUT completely. Moreover, concerning their release "Golden Hour Shimohanki BEST", scheduled for January 6th, 2011, they also made an important announcement.
This announcement, which was presented at the very end of the live stated that they will NOT go major! As they have kept up their energetic activities during the past year, they apparently received offers from seven major music companies. However, to be able to continue in their own style, they decided to stay independent.
"Because we want to keep doing useless things", they conveyed to their fans jokingly. For those fans, it was certainly a priceless declaration.
Moreover, another Japan wide tour has been announced for spring 2011, so please check the schedule below.
Golden Bomber will be continuing with their unique style and everyone should keep an eye on this air-band. More details on the live performance will be released at MJP shortly so stay tuned!
