The live will be entitled 「ポワトリン5anniversary〜古着屋とYシャツとユウジ〜」(Poitrine5anniversary~Furugiya to Y Shirt to Yuuji~) and will be held at Sapporo MESSE HALL on January 30th. The tickets are 2500 yen in advance and 3000 yen at the door.
