There's currently no details on the tracklist nor title BUT there's a release date : January 12th 2011.
It is limited to 1000 copies and it will include a 4Pages booklet (how cool!)
It will go on pre-sale on their 「Cut down the puppet strings」one-man live @ Meguro Live Station on December 25th.
